I'm inviting our team members to visualize and share your thoughts about our direction as a team for this year. I'm not referring to a place to go or battle fields to conquer but a state of mind where all of us will be inspired seeing, dreaming and wanting to be part of a journey--an another milestone of NSW8 this year!
We have witnessed already the greatness of the team. Not only locally but internationally. I'm humbly referring to being the most admired Filipino airsoft team and being featured by U.S. based popular airsoft mag. But beyond all these achievements, we need to continually find our source of strength and meaning as a team. History teaches us that success and glory are not only achieved but sustained by clarity of purpose. Rome had the most advanced military organization during medieval times. Today, only left to us its ruins because Rome failed to sustain its glory from the true reason of its existence.
So, just a thought about this, share your ideas what you think NSW8 should explore and accomplish this 2009. May God bless us all!
