ALL, Filed by Sen. Jinggoy Estrada and Sen. Mirriam Santiago.
These are Bills yet. For now we are protected by the PNP Memo Circular #11. Just received a signed copy which i converted into a pdf file. please PM me your email addresses so i can send you the file.
More so, feel free to replicate the documen and help educating our fellow airsofters.
I need the team leaders of the prominents teams in Cebu and Visayas to work on these.
We would want to show the Senators who are uninitiated about the airsoft community the strength of this peace loving and law abiding airsoft community.
We have key people who are monitoring these Bills at every senate hearing. As Airsofters, let me know how you would want to contribute to the fight against total banning of Airsoft Guns.
part of what I proposed to be annexed with our position paper are the full force/full strenght group/TEAM pictures with banners. This will give more impact how strong the Philippine Airsoft community to the Senators. imagine to multiply x 15 votes each airsofter can give and influence to their candidancy.
that's a fact. and statistics. for every person who will campaign against them. that person can deliver 15 negative votes Minimum.
So let's join hands soldiers. spread the news. pool your Team, list team members with signatures, take the group pic and send them to me.

Wait till they see NSW8...... hehehehehehe. will they be updates after the hearing yesterday: As of the hearing a while ago started at exactly 10:00 am in the house of senate, Sen. Gringo Honasan seated as the chairman of the committee regarding the manufacture, selling and displaying or using toy guns. Atty. Ernesto Tabujara represented airsoft or toy guns especially and the United Airsoft Alliance, since it is the name of the organization atty. Tabujara is affilliated with. The bills passed by Sen. Miriam Santiago and Jingoy Estrada were justing pointing about the orange mark needed for the guns to distinguish it from the real ones. Fortunately, we already have it in the IRR and Sen. Gringo Honasan supported our hobby together with FED represented by Col. Estilles and other 2 generals. Pro Gun and AFAD were there also and they also supports our hobby. Atty. Tabujara and Sen. Honasan both agreed that the guns we are using are non lethal and as for us enthusiasts we use this just for FUN. And Atty. Tabujara invited Sen. Honasan probably in one of our events as a participant. Overall, the senate hearing went very well. Sen. Honasan seems to be on our side. No bills to ban airsoft or replicas. Sole issue is just the orange tip requirement. United Airsoft Alliance appointed to the senate working committee on firearms legislation. Thank you for your prayers and support.
