Looks good Will. Though putting unit patches feels a bit iffy.
Change the M16A2 to the newer M16A4 gucci it up a bit, maybe a peq and an ACOG. The Rails though on the M16 look different on your reference pic.
Oh just wondering why bring IR light sticks during the day?
Oh love the Neck Gaiter and the replica frag and smoke. =)

Yeah, I was supposed to borrow an M16A4 and use my ACOG scope, but the ass that was lending me the weapon left the gamesite early that day. I have a couple of M4's, but they're f**kED. ;D IR lightsticks is always nice to have, you never know how long an op might last... Just think BHD, when the guys didn't bring NVD's because they thought the op would last 30 minutes? Exactly.

Hehe... true. So the IR light sticks are to mark targets. I get it. hehehe. Do you have the collar attached to the IBA? Might be a nice touch though it's not the most comfortable things to have around your neck.
Do you have a pouch for the PVS-7? You got the rhino arm attached.

I ordered an armor collar, but basing my impression on an early Iraq-war kit, many were not issued complete armor sets.
And I saw lots of guys not actually having NVG's on their bodies while not using them, whilst having rhino arms mounted to their plates.

Ok sweet. Hope to see the impression updated when you get the rest of your kit. =)
Hopefully I'll have my Marine kit finished up.
