This should be transferred to a technical thread.

@ Merlin - using a lipoly on a stock M4 will damage your internals. Upgrade into a metal bushing and and have it shimmed properly, change into a piston body with metal teeth rack, seal all leaks (just ask your gunsmith to do all this).
