Welcome again bro,
For army kits, you have to be specific which unit in the army you want to set up, after you can select the kit. Take note, while ACU is the same, it is the kit that will make you smile .
I can point out several kits for army:
Standard Infantry Kit (Interceptor, FLC)
Ranger Kit (CIRAS in Ranger Green)
US SF Kit (CIRAS Ranger Green, Paraclete RAV, BALCS)
Sorry to say, that kits are not cheap, even replica ones. The replica ones, don't last long enough either. We have learned from experience that replica kits are just for show and will not withstand actual combat conditions. So anything that is not built with CORDURA will not survive long enough. It doesn't matter if original Cordura or generic Cordura as long as it is 500D and Up, I would recommend Du Pont 1000D .
We encourage you get the very best for yourself. Of course there is a price to pay because nothing comes for free. Investing in Hi-Speed Low Drag is expensive but you will be at peace to know that your equipment will not fail you.

Merlin, Army Ranger get up is easy to set up. all you need is get ACU BDU and the Ranger assault vest plus other accessoriess like desert boots, mich tc 2000 helmet and goggles (ESS NVG porfile). well you are good to go. The most important role of the get up is your vest I suggest you purchase the original ones. Just what francis said you will be at peace once you have the right gear.
